Research Waiver & Agreement

To purchase from Globo Research Peptides, you represent and warrant that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and qualify as a researcher or are acting on behalf of a qualified research institution or entity. By proceeding with your purchase, you affirm the following:

• You possess the necessary training, expertise, and laboratory facilities to safely handle research-grade chemical materials;
• You are legally authorized under all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction to receive, possess, and use such materials.

All products offered by Globo Research Peptides are strictly for in vitro laboratory research purposes. These materials are not intended for use as drugs, food additives, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They have not been evaluated, approved, or registered by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any comparable regulatory authority in any jurisdiction.

You covenant and agree that you shall not use any Globo Research Peptides product for the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of any disease or medical condition in humans or animals. You acknowledge that research-grade materials may involve inherent hazards. You assume all risks associated with the receipt, handling, storage, and use of these products. You agree to utilize appropriate personal protective equipment, adhere to established laboratory safety protocols, and exercise prudent judgment based on your training and experience at all times.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, importation, possession, storage, and use of any Globo Research Peptide product fully complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and permitting requirements in your jurisdiction. Globo Research Peptides shall bear no liability for any legal or regulatory consequences arising from your failure to obtain necessary authorizations or comply with relevant laws.

You are responsible for storing and handling all products in accordance with the recommendations provided on the product page and any accompanying documentation. Globo Research Peptides disclaims any liability for degradation or loss of product integrity resulting from improper storage, handling, or environmental exposure.

Globo Research Peptides provides third-party Certificates of Analysis (COAs) on each product page. You acknowledge your responsibility to review the applicable COA prior to use and to independently determine, in your professional judgment, the suitability of the material for your intended research application.

Due to the specialized nature of research materials, all sales are final. Globo Research Peptides does not accept returns or provide refunds for shipped products, except as expressly provided in our Shipping and Replacement Policy for items damaged during transit or shipped in error.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Globo Research Peptides, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your purchase, use, misuse, storage, distribution, or transfer of any product, or your breach of any representation, warranty, or obligation under this Agreement.
